Rather, our Coaches are mentors and guide who has been trained in holistic health coaching to help others reach their own health goals by helping them devise and implement positive, sustainable lifestyle changes. The Consumer understands that Chris Tibbetts, the Coaches are not acting in the capacity of a doctor, licensed dietician-nutritionist, psychologist or other licensed or registered professional, and that any advice given by Chris Tibbetts and the Coaches is not meant to take the place of advice of these professionals.

The advice presented on emotionaleatingcoach.uk , and in associated programs and trainings should not be seen as medical or nursing advice and is not meant to take the place of seeing licensed health professionals.  It is vital that you talk with your physician and a qualified mental health professional regarding eating disorder symptoms and treatment. 

Minors should consult with a legal guardian or other adult when considering treatment and providers. The diagnosis and treatment of eating disorders or any other mental illness requires the attention of a physician or other properly qualified mental health professional. 

The Consumer acknowledges that the Consumer takes full responsibility for the Consumer’s life and well-being, as well as the lives and well-being of the Consumer’s family and children (where applicable), and all decisions made during and after visiting emotionaleatingcoach.uk. 

The consumer expressly assumes the risks of the recommendations made on emotionaleatingcoach.uk, including the risks of trying new foods, and the risks inherent in making lifestyle changes. emotionaleatingcoach.uk (Exec-X Consulting Ltd) nor its founder, Chris Tibbetts or any employees or sub-contractors of emotionaleatingcoach.uk, will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site or coaching program. 

This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, health problems, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.
